FIRST Lego League Robotics Camp

2 separate sessions – June 22-26 & July 6-10

What’s more exciting than building robots and playing with Legos at the same time? Learn how to build and program great robots to compete in FIRST Lego League. This is a premier program to help your Lego Imagineer learn how to design and build robots to solve many different robotics challenges and increase their experience with FIRST Lego League robotics.

FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Camp

June 22-26
9am-noon
8th-12th graders

Want to learn valuable skills that will help you succeed in competing in FIRST Tech Challenge? Participants in this camp will learn the basics of building and programming FTC robots. They will learn design concepts and about Java programming with Android Studio.  They will get to compete in challenges and test their learnings against other teams.

3D Printing Camp

July 6-10
9am-noon
8th-12th graders

There are so many different facets to making great 3D prints. What type of printer? What kind of print material to use? How to set up the printer properly? How to design your own custom parts? Participants will learn how to design their own custom creations and will get to print their own creations. This camp will help participants go from being novices with 3D printing to being intermediate and even advanced users.

Lego Battle Bots

July 13-17
9am-noon
4th – 7th graders 

During Lego Battle Bots, campers will be building Lego robots to accomplish various competitive challenges in competition with other bots. One example would be programming a bot to stay within a designated boundary while also trying to push out or block other bots. They’ll practice motorizing, programming/coding, teamwork, strategy, engineering design iteration, and much more along the way!
